What this means is if you find a better offer for your lodging anywhere on the Internet than the one you already reserved with us, we will match the price.

1. Lodging prices can change at any time and you may find a lower price once you have completed your reservation through us. In this case, we invite you to contact us up to 48 hours following the completion of your reservation. You must provide us with the website link where the price was found. We invite you to communicate directly with one of our customer care department (CCD) agents during normal operating hours or by sending an email to the following address: ccd@tremblant.ca.

The Best Price Guarantee is applicable to any available room type on the Internet, for the same unit type, the same date of arrival and departure, the same hotel or condo complex, the same management company, the same number of people and the same deposit and/or cancellation policies. Other restrictions may apply.

4. This guarantee does not apply to contracted group and/or corporate rates. It cannot be combined with any point redemption or loyalty programs. Also excluded are mailings and/or email offers as well as website offers where the property name remains unconfirmed until the transaction is completed.
