Alexandre Caron, Director of Sales
Alexandre leads a team focused on Group Sales on all elements of Tremblant’s year-round business including lodging, lift tickets, snow school, equipment rentals, summer activity cards and green fees. Alexandre has over 20 years of experience acquired as an Inn Owner, VP of Business Development with a major travel wholesaler, Market Manager for one of the leading global online sales companies in the travel industry, and Director of Operations for a property of the Hilton hotel group.
In his free time, Alexandre enjoys cooking and running. He considers himself as a great epicurean and a passionate of culture. His many travels were as much for pleasure as for professional purposes.
Émilie Champagne, Sales Representative - Wholesaler, Tour & Travel
Responsible for group sales, contractual agreements and follow-up for the wholesale and Tour & Travel markets, Emilie also supports the Sales Director in his tasks for this market and in the development of international tourism. With 10 years of experience in the tourism and hotel industry, Emilie joins the team of commercial delegates bringing her know-how and passion for tourism. Originally from the Montreal area, Emilie decided to move with her family in the Laurentian region for its quality of life and for her love of the great outdoors.

Karine Durocher, Sales Representative - Corporate Market
Karine has over 8 years of sales experience in the hotel industry. She is back in Tremblant as commercial delegate for the corporate market. Her mandate is to offer various meeting, convention, team building, client meeting and corporate event services to business clients.

Éric Gagné, Senior Sales Representative - Leisure Market
Eric is in charge of high volume ski product distribution (corporate lift tickets) ski and golf group sale development. His boundless passion for skiing and outdoors has kept him in the business for over 26 years.
“My roots are here in Tremblant. My great uncle was one of the founders of Tremblant village and one of the trails even bears his name. My grandmother was a native of the region and I spent my childhood summers and my weekends at grandma’s, in Mont-Tremblant. My very first fishing experience was at the end of the docks on Lac Moore. I ended up returning to the area for good by early adulthood without expecting to stay for the following 26 years… The lifestyle that comes with living here is now an integral part of MY LIFE. ”
Julie Gravelle, Sales Associate - Wholesaler, Tour & Travel
Julie has been working with the sales team for 11 years. She was newly integrated to the commercial delegates team and supports the sales representative in maintaining business relationships with customers and handling visits of the resort.

Pascale Panneton, Sales Representative - Leisure Market
Pascale is responsible for leisure groups of 20 people or more lodging in Tremblant. Her clients include ski or snowboard trip organizers, all-age sports training clubs, groups visiting for tournaments and competitions such as tennis, triathlon and skiing. Pascale’s extensive experience ensures peace-of-mind for any kind of group meetings: Family gatherings, Holidays, Weddings, Social Club outings, Prom, Bachelor parties, Golf groups staying on-site.

Josee Champagne, Sales Coordinator
As Sales Coordinator, Josée will provide support to the Sales representatives in the leisure market. She will also be the main contact for outdoor hoteliers. With her studies in sales and her background as restaurant manager, and, most recently as logistics and operations management analyst for a manufacturing company, Josée will offer unparalleled service in her new role.
