Stay home if you experience any of the following symptoms: cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sudden loss of smell or taste.
You can register as usual following the implementation of rigorous health measures at receptions including the installation of acrylic protective panels, disinfection of reception desk and room keys at each check-in. We recommend that only one person per reservation registers and payment by card (debit or credit) is recommended. For the Westin Resort & Spa, Marriott Bonvoy members can use the online platform to pre-register and obtain their key on their mobile device. No valet service is offered during this period.
We have implemented new pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning and disinfection protocols. We have removed non-essential items from the units. There is no room cleaning service during your stay, in order to limit staff interactions with your living environment, but we are obviously at your disposal for any request. All units are left vacant for the recommended period before being cleaned and reassigned, in accordance with our enhanced cleaning protocol. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and in all common areas, especially high-contact surfaces.
Wearing a mask covering the nose and mouth is mandatory in closed public spaces, in the gondola and in lifts waiting lines. This obligation also applies in the context of business meetings and conventions. The participant must wear a mask to enter and leave the building and in all situations where he is moving inside the property, in particular:
It is strongly recommended that the participant wash their hands before and after reinstalling their mask.
Signage is in place to remind guests to keep distance from others, as recommended by public health across all properties, including reception and common areas. We thank you for your cooperation.
Disinfection stations have been installed at various locations including reception, indoor parking, elevators and various other appropriate locations.
Elevators are limited to one group of people staying in the same suite at a time. We therefore ask you to be patient and use the stairs when possible.
Meetings will be exclusively held at the Westin Resort & Spa Tremblant, for the time being. As a hotel operating within the Marriott group, be assured that the measures of the commitment to Clean program will be upheld. Please note that local government regulations are prioritized and may influence certain measures attached while others don’t apply to the Westin Resort & Spa Tremblant. As for food, the Westin Resort & Spa Tremblant will be using the services of an outside catering service for coffee breaks and breakfast.

Every day, we make sure that all employees don’t experience COVID-19 symptoms. All employees are now trained on health protocols related to COVID-19 and will wear the required personal protective equipment (mask, visor, gloves). Finally, we are constantly updating all of our health measures following government announcements and ensuring that we comply with their recommendations.
